Dr Yunjia Li

Yunjia has been a Royal Academy of Engineering Enterprise Fellow having completed his PhD in machine learning and multimedia analytics in ECS.

He has maintained his interest in AI and accessibility and is now a Chief Technical Officer, with a team of 15 developers, for Note Taking Express.

The company is a software services provider for disabled students, with a mission to make learning accessible for everyone. When developing their products the aim is to blend human skill and artificial intelligence (AI) to assist users and produce an inclusive solution for all.

Yunjia is at present leading a group from the team on a project funded by UKRI called NRemote.
